Assuming that you haven't set up a base in the area previously, I'll show you two quick ways to get to Pikemead's Reach using the two closest towers, then using the walls how to get to the Wispwyvern's area quickly without having to fight your way through the city.

(I called it a "dragon" a couple of times, it's the Wispwivern!)
