To get Jammed you have to summon the Lord of the Jammed by obtaining a curse level of 10 or more. There are many ways to do this, mostly stealing, buying items from the girl in the videos shop or picking up cursed weapons (the Fightsaber is among them). The easiest way is to talk to the statue at the start (it started giving me this option after or some time around when I killed everyones past), since it gives a curse level of nine and then obtain a single cursed item to hit 10.

As for the guy, well, he follows you around and is annoying. I included some gameplay because, well, why not.
