This last weekend I popped along to the Beachhead Show at the Bournemouth International Centre.
This was a tournament and vendors show arranged by Entoyment Games Store, Bournemouth.

There were plenty of stands in the traders hall. Although I would have liked to have seen more and have their names clearly displayed. I think all the vendors were independent stockists with a few small indie gaming companies in the mix. Missing were the larger gaming companies like Mantic, Fantasy Flight Games, KR Case etc.

The tournament was packed out on both days. Obviously WH40K was a big chunk of that as well Warhammer: AoS. Also being played was Adeptus Titanicus, Blood Bowl, Bolt Action, Star Wars Legion, X-Wing and some other games.

All in all this was a great weekend. Plenty to see and do over the two days. They have announced February 11th & 12th for next years event. It’s well worth putting it in your diary for then.
