If you find the second in command, you have to remember his/her hair and face. Do not take him/her out immediately.
Find the screwdriver.
Once you take out the second in command in a safe spot, be fast. As you have 4-5 minutes once you take out an operative, you need to take out the control room to stop the timer.
Once you take out the control room, it's important to keep track on them.
The safe spot to take them out inside is upstairs like you know, the between of two wooden doors. Make sure those two doors are lockpicked.
The safe spots to take them out outside are the spot that is near where you spawn. Make sure they are inside. The other spot is the spot that is near the extraction point. Make sure they are inside because doing it in an open area is risky. If there is one left, you can freely take them out anywhere.
