This is the Ending theme from Touhou 6: the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil

Previously known as "Crimson Beyond a Fleeting Eternity".

This theme sounds like after the battle; Reimu holding out her hand to Remilia, who is beaten and broken; her clothes are torn, her morale and charisma has vanished, and she's struggling to stand. Reimu is holding out her hand to her, smiling gently, warmly, and inviting her to the shrine for tea. It seems to be what happens at the end of most Touhou games.
