The ongoing antitrust legal battle between Epic Games Inc v. Apple Inc is over, after the US. Ninth Circuit court of appeals upheld the 2021 ruling. Apple won on 9 out of 10 counts, but that 10th count they lost will have MASSIVE ramification for application and game developers on the iOS App Store.
