Welcome to another Retro Revival show! And what bundle of joy do I have for you lovely people to check out?
A Christmas game, released December 8th 2000...the Grinch!
Based on the movie, sort of, you control the Grinch and you must retrieve your blueprints from Whoville while causing havok. Sadly let down by a horrible camera, and immersion breaking intervals to tell you what the Grinch can do. This could have been brilliant fun, but it's let down so much by those things. The Controls are fairly tight though, and the sound track is fun, the voice over guy is clearly enjoying himself so that adds to the fun and pumps the score up a little bit. A good one for the kids, but for us grizzled veterans, it's a no go....
