Short video showing river flashing / geometry / texture / animation / reflection issue seems to be apparent after DX11 update. Not occurring anywhere else (yet.) Unrelated to other performance settings so far as I can tell. Here I just showed a few common ones but I also tried more extensive testing outside this video and could not mitigate, workaround, or resolve the issue.
