Healing is one of the roles that can be played in content. There are many different approaches that you can take to healing. However, understanding the basics of the role is the most important aspect. You can be potent or constant, heavy armor wearing or light armor wearing. It depends truly on your playstyle. The Elder Scrolls is a "play how you want" game.
However, before figuring our what suits you, it pays to learn the basic needs for other players in content. Healing is the second of the support roles in group content.
