Game description:

E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial is a side-scrolling platform game, in which E.T. has to grab parts of his spaceship (I think), avoid shots coming from the left and jump over spikes.

Occasionally a telephone comes up. Jumping to get it will reward the player with bonus points, but only if the player is successful, of course.
