Eternal Darkness Part 2 (Chattur'gha)
1Part 2. Pargon Pargon Pargon Pargon. I pargoned a blind playthrough of this game. Eternal Darkness is a really cool survival horror game. The sanity meter was very clever for the time. It does not hold well up today. Most of the game is well done, but towards the end it gets very long in the tooth and dull an repetitive. There is a lot to be appreciated by the chances Crystal Dynamics took in this game. The magic system was cool but could have been better handled, everything being buffed by Pargon is quite dumb. Otherwise it's a fun and unique Gamecube experience. I probably didn't utilize the magic as much as I should have upon hindsight. Also the melee combat was leaps and bounds better than the guns.
