Actually I've been playing it for a while now, but dropped it to play Demon's Souls instead for something like a month, and I got back to it not long ago. The story sure doesn't shine, but the game in general is just so charming and the gameplay simple but nice with beautiful attack effects that it's hard to say it's just average, in fact the world is so gorgeous that it makes up (in a way) for any bad things you may find like a low difficulty, some irritating dialogues, a narration with many flaws, a kinda repetitive gameplay, and some really bad characters (like beat). Also there's one thing to keep in mind with this game : don't play it for too long, one or two hours per day is good, or else you'll get bored and may not want to play again for a long time (like me). The PS3 version has had some improvements espacially on the gameplay's side, with a difficulty rehaussed a bit, two more characters to play with, some random placements for ennemies at the start of each fight, and it changes the way you see the game compared to the 360 version (not that much, but still it's different and you really have to play the PS3 version to talk about it).
