I'm guessing all the rebellions are either related to revolutions, which I haven't messed around with since they were updated, or something to do with rebel strength increasing yearly? Not sure, but they seemed really bad for some reason. Regardless, I was not expecting such a hilariously strange outcome from such a simple console command.

If you want to try it out for yourself, open the console with the ~ key, and set the date using the command "date 100000.1.1" or whatever year you would like.

Note that going backwards in time tends to crash the game, and diplomats stop working after a certain point for some reason. I tried a game in the year 240000 and nothing happened because diplomats got stuck and never returned.
