Ornithopods are generally considered to be some of the most boring dinosaurs to those that appreciate the ancient beasts in a totally valid but more informal, passive, or shallow sense. However, once you delve into them a bit deeper, they become quite interesting. That’s also to say nothing of the crested singing forms. A brand new form from Utah provides a new missing link in the evolution of the early groups of ornithopods that ruled the world well before the tube crested beasts of the late cretaceous – let’s meet Iani!
