okay, so i think the intent of CCP's target breaker conversion to signature reduction module was to give a marauder time to warp off without being scanned down.

i KNOW they told us that it's impossible to prevent scanning something down, or at least they worded it in a way that 'meant' that they made it impossible NOT to scan something down (i'm sure i'll read it and roll my eyes)

okay, so here's the established proven facts on the ground as of this video:
(1) with the bastion module on you're pretty much unscannable, mostly
(2) with the bastion module off, and 3 sebos PLUS the converted target breaker active, you're pretty much unscannable, mostly
(3) this assumed that (1) you have the SRS mounted (2) that you have high grade grail full set

so you have this 10s interval to warp off while you're watching 8 combat scan probes within 1au, on dscan....once the bastion module finishes its shorter cycle (they buffed that recently during that reign supreme patch)

now, remember that any MTUs, Mobile Depots, and drones you have out are waaaay waaaay easier to probe down so be aware of that caveat.

note: the fit was just what i have had even before the resistances nerf patch they put out yonks ago, so don't quibble about my fit, ffs.

special note: i actually dont know if adjusting all the probes individually on top of the target will boost it to 100%...adding that to my to do list
