1,209SPECIAL SHORT FILM: How YouTube pilots are feeling during lockdown. Why are our views down? What do we do now? How do we cope with not making flying videos? This short film is a light-hearted look at aviation YouTubers who have been grounded.
I made this because I wanted to push my creativity a bit more and make something that I hope makes you smile, but also reminds me I should challenge myself more and make content that I am proud of, not just content that I think will get views or likes. So please enjoy this short film in place of the regular aviation and travel content I usually post.
If you're curious, this movie was scripted in one night, then filmed and edited in one day in my office. Filmed on a Canon EOS 90D with a 24mm f1.8 lens, edited in Final Cut Pro X on a Macbook Pro.
The only intent with this short film is to hopefully entertain you for a couple of minutes and motivate you to push your creativity to see what you're capable of, not just to make something for the acceptance of others.
