Exophobia is an extremely unique indie first-person Metroidvania shooter. Not many games can hold that title throughout the entire history of the first-person shooter genre, the Metroid Prime series has perfected the gameplay flow and pacing for a game like this, and it is great to see indie developers attempt to take the Metroidvania formula and execute it so well with Exophobia. There are some setbacks here and there, but overall if you find this type of game is right for you with no hand-holding then pick this up today!
