No, it's not a drink celebrating Dr. Who, it's celebrating Valentino Rossi who apparently is a quite successful motorcycle driver.
Why he's called "The Doctor"? No clue.
But I like the drink.
It's an Energy Drink, but it doesn't taste like one. It actually tastes like a very sweet lemonade. And I really mean lemonade. You can actually taste a hint of lemon juice beyond the sweetness.
