This video uses AI to generate the storyline, art and music to serve as the basis for a visual novel. These assets were then quickly thrown together to create a more interactive way to engage in the AI's creation. Each asset was created very quickly, typically using the first generated result, and serves as an example of what AI is currently capable of given only the tiniest of guidance.
AI is a truly wonderous field that I've found myself drawn into lately. Vast and rapid advances in the world of AI have lead to incredible artworks, interactivity, musics and who knows what else. During my exploration through the many avenues of AI I began to consider their applications, and it dawned on me that I pretty much could generate all the required assets to make a video game at will. They're not perfect, but with some refinement, tweaks and post processing, I do truly believe you could create most-everything you'd need through to use of AI.
It's a fast moving field, and I suspect an exponetial growth of artificial technology to come. This game showcased here isn't technically impressive by any means, but then again I'm not a programmer. It boggles the mind to think what the average person may be able to create in just a few years. But for now, marvel at the bizarre entity known as 'Into a Different Realm'.
