I've decided to start incorporating 1% and 0.1% lows for hardware benchmarks in order to gain a more accurate idea of how games perform, as well as including the original minimum frame rate statistics. Today I attempt to explain what 1% and 0.1% lows are and how they'll give you guys a better idea of performance, something I think is very important when it comes to older hardware.
