While this game has Several single player modes that really give you a lot of fun stuff to do outside of arcade mode, that's not the focus of this series. I feel like adding in a any mode that's just as barren as this one is not just a waste of time, but also actively harms the player experience. Arcade mode is most people's early impressions of the fighting game genre so it's a key part in setting player expectations.
