Exploring Washington DC - DAY 2 | Monumental Journey in the Capital
3As our final full day in DC commenced we wanted to make the most out of it by visiting as much of this expansive Capital as we could. Our first stop showcases the sprawling grounds of Constitution Gardens. This tranquil park is a popular escape from city life and contains a large pond, paved walking paths and numerous reflections of the Washington Monument in the distance. Other nearby attractions include: Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Wall & WWII Memorial.
