Summer is winding down in my area at this time. The dawn approaches earlier, the heat and humidity dissipates more quickly, and the school bus of rowdy children delays my 3-minute work commute to an unbelievable 6 minutes. But most of all, I look forward to the cooler air so that I can don my cherished long-sleeves for my favorite season, autumn. Besides the horror of back-to-school, there is another hallmark holiday to anticipate: Halloween.
The imminent spooky season has me yearning to return to Phasmophobia, and what a time to return! The Exposition Update, out at the end of August, brings forth one new equipment to detect one new piece of evidence. Two new ghost types and updates to ghost and player mechanics are rounded out by quality-of-life changes that has left me more than excited to start hunting apparitions again!
