External hard drives are nothing new, even these cases have been around a bit now. But I always avoid them, why? because you lose speed. However, there comes a time where you need to add an extra SSD but don't have room for another one. That is what brings us here, with the new laptop, we get a mere 512GB of space and no storage space. I don't really have a need for simple storage, I really want to keep my games running fast and my loading times faster!

So anyways we need an SSD enclosure like the one by Unitek. The Unitek Tool-Free USB3.1 Gen2 (10Gbps) Type-C to M.2 SSD NVMe Enclosure is something I think many of us need. It allows us to get some reasonably fast speeds when we are all out of M.2 slots to spare. I highly recommend looking into one of these if you are in need of extra SSD space.
