ExTiX 18.07 comes with the lightweight LXQt desktop, and is based on Ubuntu 18.04.
I ran into issues with installing the OS, Falkon browser was broken, and multiple components of the LXQt desktop were broken.
Creating a new user account gave a stock desktop, which solved many of the problems.

ExTiX comes with Refracta and Calamares installers for creating a bootable USB disk or installing as full system.
