On November 4th I kicked off my 7th Extra Life Charity Marathon. This was the first year I decided to break up the stream rather than going for 24 hours straight. I liked breaking it up, but I think next year I'll go back to doing it in one shot.

Part 2 of my stream takes us to one of my favorite games from my childhood. Sure, a lot of people love Super Mario Bros. 3, and while I really like 3, I've always been drawn more to the 2nd game of the Mario franchise on the NES.

I really had a hard time playing this, and I'm not really sure why. I'm leaning towards believing it has something to do with me trying to use a PlayStation 4 Dualshock controller to play. Maybe the placement of the buttons just doesn't work well with NES games, or maybe I'm just not as good as I used to be. Well, hopefully I get an NES classic at some point and can find out which of those is true.
