I remembered this sauce not being anywhere near as vinegar heavy when I was putting it with food … it went really well with spaghetti and meatballs and all the other meaty pasta dishes that I tried it with … and it mixed quite well with sour cream and mayo for a decent dipping sauce … the chilli taste was actually quite good but it was completely overrun by the vinegar … a perfectly passable sauce but there is treasure out there if you just look a little bit harder … also not really super-hot in the big bad world of hot sauce either …
