F-Body Steering Wheel Dead Spot (Revisited)

27 years later and the same loose bolt causing the steering wheel to have a huge dead spot where it moves but doesn't turn the wheels. This time I'm using blue loctite on the bolt and adding a nut on the other side of the column where the stud protrudes.
