Here comes the cheating AI! It truly is the worst case of rubberbanding in the series, since the AI does absolutely nothing to dissimulate how bad it is at driving when you are looking at it. But when you're not looking, they are all Max Verstappen. Though difficulty-wise it's not really a problem until the last cup, where it quickly becomes a saltfest.
