This is the third track of F-Zero Rebalanced which I did a while ago. The road splits into one short but slow road, and into a long but fast road. This results in cars merging into the start finsish straight at different speeds, prpviding a good overtaking opportunity.

Also, which of the two paths is quicker depends on the vehicle you are using. When using Golden Fox you may want to take the short route with the hairpin due to its low acceleration. FIre Stingray may be more suitable for the longer road with high speed turns.
