F-Zero SNES Hack by Corey6496 - Knight Cup Part 1
68Corey6496 requested me to try out his F-Zero SNES Rom Hack and publish the gameplay. I initially wanted to send those videos to him so he can upload them himself, but it turns out Mediafire was down, so I changed my mind.
What do I have to say for the Knight Cup ? The tracks are good for the most part, there are a few things I found unusual in F-Zero SNES like the double branches in Big Blue.
However there are cons into this cup : in my opinion I thought the Silence track was too long for a Knight Cup track. Death Wind I, while not too hard, will make any first-time players lose a machine because they will think of going ahead when taking the jump, which is Death Wind II's path.
For Silence, deleting the snaky turns that comes just after the second-to-last jump would be a good start. For Death Wind I, I suggest to make the part of the track before the jump turning a little bit to the right, so new players will think of turning to their right before the jump, and therefore avoid losing a machine. Of course, make sure that part of the track in Death Wind II remains unchanged, so new players will go straight ahead instead.
