SimHUB - Formula 1 2019-20 TV HUD 1.4

After more than 2 months full of work, here is my new HUD package of the Formula 1 2020 season. My previous works got totally reworked, so it contains new textures (4K), new fonts (Special thanks for Mat Servant who helped me in), new functions, etc. That 1.4 update can be buggy again because of the lot changes, so if you find one, please write it into this file:

- F1 2020 support
- Position gained/lost part added to leaderboard (F1 2019, F1 2020)
- More animation added
- Bottom widget added
- Leaderboard has been reworked completly (textures, positions, etc.)
- New animations on the leaderboard
- F1 2019 has 2019 team colours from now and F1 2020 uses the 2020 colours.
- Every game has a folder now with the compatible widgets.
- New reworked Formula 1 2020 fonts (Special thanks to Mat Servant for the help!)

SimHUB - Formula 1 2020 HaloHUD 1.0

I start to work on it from we could see on TV, which was in July at the Austrian GP. Thats a lot of work, from 2 sides. (Designing - Programing) It has over 800 textures and contains almost all of the animations with challenging formulas.
