1.5 TV HUD update upcoming functions:

Leaderboard 1.5:
- New position switch animation
- New fastest lap animation
- Driver at risk function has been added (F1 2019 and F1 2020)
- Red F1 logo if the location is in Italy
- Turn number added
- Gap freshing rate normalized
- FPS improvement: from ~15FPS up to ~30!
- New tyre compound layout
- Manual version

Stopwatch 1.2:
- New animation for appearing
- Text overlapping bug fixed
- Observed driver's actual tyre compound is visible
- Condensed font added for the longer names
- Knockout system added (F1 2019 and F1 2020)
