Red Bull’s Sergio Pérez may have inadvertently helped Mercedes get the points it needed to defeat Ferrari for second in the constructors’ standings with his time penalty at the final round in Abu Dhabi. But, the Silver Arrows will take the result, given the pain of 2023.
