Fable: Content Restoration - CS_ESCAPED_CONVICT_TALK
14A recreation of a cutscene that was removed from the original game. The quest is simply known as "Escaped Convict" and would have involved a Guard that asks you to find a Prisoner who managed to escape his cell. If you bring the Prisoner back alive, then the guard will reward you.

This is meant to be the cutscene that would play when you interact with the other Prisoner, that remained in his cell.
Unfortunately, a lot of the data was either removed except for some odd bits confirming the quests existence or it was never truly implemented before they scrapped the idea. This means that it's unclear on how exactly this quest would play out.
The Dialogue and Cutscene Markers intended for this quest where removed from Fable TLC, however they are still referenced in other builds of the game. This is just my interpretation of how the cutscene may have played out based on the evidence.
