I decided to make a character where I go on a monster killing spree and rack up as many creature kills as I can for the bestiary in the game's stats menu. If you count the kills done with the stick, then I have technically killed 1010 beetles but unfortunately the stat menu doesn't record the ones you killed as a child.

Since Beetles slowly become less common through-out the game, I kept rolling in and out of Greatwood Lake at a low level to increase my odds of seeing them. Since 18 minutes were spent doing the Childhood and Guild Training segments, it took me around 2 hours and 20 minutes: due to how frequently wasps will spawn in the area instead.

I wanted to see if I could at least reach 1000. However, I will probably see if I can rack up a few more beetle kills before my renown ends up being too high for them, because this is slowly becoming monotonous.
