Lots of people noticed the recent Facebook/Instagram/Whatsapp outage; shortly after, many realized that someone (Frances Haugen) was testifying on Capitol Hill regarding the inner workings of Facebook. In this video are my thoughts regarding her statements on Facebook's algorithm.
