Factorio Loading and Unload a chest with a circuit network

I create a circuit network to load a chest with a set of items. Then once the chest has all those items it will unload the chest until it is empty. Then it will start loading the chest up again, repeating forever.
A quick note: The combinator at 2:30 is set to "For each + 0, Output Each", and the Filter Inserter is set to Filter mode on the circuit.
