controls:
down arrow key: teleports the player down a surface
up arrow key: teleports the player up a surface
'k': toggles the cameras on and off

toggling the camera off is needed for rail planner and blueprints. also brings back the qol for placing power poles, underground belts, pipe to ground etc.

build preview rotation will desync by holding offshore pumps, rail signals etc, and by placing underground belts, pipe to ground, and probably more.
whenever this happens pipette something with 'q' to resync them (maybe the entity that was just misplaced, or a regular belt or inserter. notably pipetting an underground belt output or an unrotatable machine wont work)

custom settings for water scale and coverage that overwrite the default settings, to go outside of the default sliders range.
a setting value of 1 matches a value of 100% on the sliders.

linked belts unlocked from the start to transport items between surfaces.
on placing a linked belt, itll automaticly place and link an output at the same position on the lower surface, if that position is available.
rotating either end will swap the input and output. removing either end will also remove the other.
