How do we spot when it's not fair use? Criticism has been levelled at many channels here on YouTube for uploading videos with disregard for copyright law. The YouTubers' defense? Fair use...but is this always legitimate? Have YouTubers taken this too far & do we need a bit of an attitude change to how we create our content?
