Ok you could Argue Hades or the Dark Guild throwaways are the first boss but those fights are very tutorial heavy and basically impossible to lose. This guy actually requires effort from the player. That being said he's still quite basic as he's just a physical brute. You can technically bring any of the 5 main characters for this fight so just experiment and see what works. Keep in mind positioning does matter in this game.
