I work at KSC so I get the occasional privilege of viewing the launches from far closer than most people. At a little under 4 miles away I am super close the the launch and landing. I shot this on my cellphone with the help of an optic and tripod for stability. COSMO was a spectacular launch for the clarity of the conditions so the entire flight was visible with near perfect lighting and clarity. After Effects is used to stabilize the video afterwards to bring some of the detail back and remove the shake of filming a supersonic object using your hands to track it.

Video Equipment: Note 20 Ultra
SBVONY 75mm Spotting Scope and phone mount
Whatever tripod I had
