This is a total conversion mod for Fallout 2 with an expansive story line, new world map, mechanics, several new towns and tons of dialogue and quests.
Some of these quests and mechanics work well, some are still a little buggy, but over-all this is one of the better fleshed out mods with a fair amount of stuff to do right off the bat.
So join me once again as I delve down the rabbit hole of Fallout 2 mods :)
