An arguably not very well known fact. After hearing Professor Calvert trying to persuade the player, you can go back to Desmond and report him about it. If you do so, there is a speech option in which if it's passed, you can extort him for caps.


As for the bonus footage, I showed how the game "broadcasts" Professor Calvert's message in which an NPC is hidden inside a building.
