In this 60 fps walkthrough Operation Anchorage DLC finished early (right after visiting Megaton) to get good equipment.
Main story with Broken Still addon finished in part 36 after about 27 hours of gameplay. Parts from 37 to 50 is mostly exploring and doing side quests. Parts 51 and above is for other DLC—Mothership Zeta, The Pitt and Point Lookout.
Thorough walkthrough. Normal difficulty, no cheating

Achieved maximum of 30 level at parts 50-51 after about 38 hours of play.

Point Lookout - Embark on a mysterious and open-ended adventure in a huge, murky swampland along the coast of Maryland.
Mothership Zeta - Defy hostile alien abductors and fight your way off of the alien mothership, orbiting miles above the Capital Wasteland.
