0. Seems to be it will be the longest video series for a specific title by now.
1. If you are looking for the mods list I'm using check this manual - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3055298657. It's not translated on English, but, well, there is not much text there, so translate.google.com will do, as well it based it's rather my personal list / add-on to the pack called "Afterglow" (RU). You will need one to make similar setup. There is nothing too specific to do, but, well, some steps are still required to be done.
Texts in the game are on russian, but all sounds are on english.
2. Due to a fact it's my second run in Fallout 4, after I've played it on a release, this time I've sticked just to "medium" difficulty, no survival needs and so on. Also some mods might spice things up a bit, so this is an another reason why I've picked so. Additional thing is otherwise it would require to run in the power armor most of the time, instead of using clothes.
3. On top of a regular game and it's DLC's I've added two quest related modifications - "20 Leagues Under the Sea - Vault 120" and "Fallout 4 - Point Lookout", which is basically a port of the Fallout 3 DLC to Fallout 4.
4. Personally I've no interest in bulding / not count Fallout series as a sort of Sims or any kind of city bulding simulators, there are plenty of such games exist and whih are far better in this case, so, due to this fact, I'll more likely will be building just the minimum amount of things that are required to proceed with the specific quests, no more then that.
5. Most of the "Vtaw Wardrobe 8" items can be combined / customized, can sometimes be combined with other items of clothing, "Sporty Underwear", as example. At the end of the third video it is shown how to make the texture of a coat as a latex kind.
6. Build will be focused on medium weapons, carbines to be specific, charisma and intelligence.
7. Most of the brotherhood quests will be ignored, due to a fact I'm looking to make a bet on subway faction / not much interested in power armor anymore, institute quests will accordingly also be ignored, if not count those that are requred for the progress with the railroad. Also, the best power armor in the game, X-01, all parts, can be found on south-east part of the map without much problem. Location can be noted in part 12.
As for the DLC. In Far Harbor will stick to the locals, in Nuka-World to traders, not raders.
8. I'm not planning to visit every location / check every corner. In opposite to New Vegas, Fallout 4 doesn't have a map perk, unless you install specific modification, same as, unless if you, perhaps, are looking to collect every book and similar items, there is basically no point to check everything. Instead I'll look around to complete every available quest, including unmarked one, in case if not mostly count those that stick to two mentioned fractions in point 7.
9. To watch parts 20, 22 and 25 in Russia you probably will need to turn on VPN - there is a problem with copyrights for music in a particular country.
