Missed a few days due to internet and finished side missions. I joined the Brotherhood of Steel. I am doing the missions right after you fix Liberty Prime.

I explore the Glowing Sea then have to redo about 2 hours of stuff because I killed Deacon. The only way to fix this issue is to go back to an old save.
