This series covers the construction of my settlement at Coastal Cottage. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects.

In this final part of this series, I had some finishing touches to the build. I fence off two areas to be used as crop fields, add an awning and decking to what will be the settlements clinic, add some wooden walkways along with a covered seating area, and add two vendor stalls to the market area.

I sadly needed to remove the flat bed truck trailer and tree cluster as I found they were preventing my settlers from pathing through the settlement. I really liked how they looked and wanted to keep them, but unfortunately could not find a workaround.
