Fallout 4 (Glitch?) - Mass Fusion quest early [Pt1]

So I was messing around with the vertibird grenades from the Brotherhood, and decided to fly to the Mass Fusion for a laugh.
It turns out that (from what I could tell) trying to land there triggers the quest event for the quest(s) there for the Brotherhood / Instiute much later in the game.
You can go all the way down and get the beryllium Agitator, get back to the lobby and be attacked by synths with the Brotherhood backing you up, but then have the mission objective being to return it to the Institute, despite not being able to travel there yet.
From that I can tell you could probably do this as soon as you are given the signal grenades by Elder Maxson.
The problem with doing this is that you break the Brotherhood's quest line if you hand it into the Institute, which I think you are pretty much forced to do. Once you get the "Spoils of War" quest, you will be forced to be an enemy of the Institute and have a bugged marker that will not progress when you "Jump to Mass Fusion's Roof", forcing you to do a Minutemen ending.
I encountered a lot of laggy behaviour and laggy gameplay, mostly in the follow up video to this one, leading to a number of crashes, from boarding the vertibird to MF, to talking to Sturges about getting back into the Institute.
I don't know if this has been found already, but it's a very weird way to go about breaking the game's story XD
