Hope arrives in the Commonwealth having spent the last 11-12 years hiding from the Enclave. She is a creation much like Harkness from Rivet City. She was created slightly differently in that she designed to be more of a repairable crash dummy for their experiments, These experiments have over time increased Hope's Intelligence at the same time stifling her ability to integrate new data. She also is prone to the shakes which does affect her shooting. After learning of an area (The Commonwealth) which was embroiled in lots of conflict, she decided that it would be a fantastic place to disappear. Only upon arriving does she discover that the Commonwealth is starting to settle down. Things will have to change.
